## Description

As an associate manager of data analysis in our Emerging Markets group, you'll lead analytic support for new and evolving business initiatives across Progressive Claims. You'll manage and develop a group of analysts by providing analytical guidance, prioritization support, and coaching on technical and business-related work. You'll foster a collaborative, high-performing team environment while supporting analysts in developing their analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. You'll develop a strong understanding of emerging business spaces, help identify initial insights and opportunities, support immediate high-priority analytic needs, and provide recommendations that shape long-term reporting and analytic strategies. You'll guide analytical direction where processes, data structures, and evolving business needs intersect. You'll also manage diverse and impactful work with opportunities to collaborate directly with the business and process leaders.
