Demonstrated experience working with a common relational database platform. * Experience using data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SSRS, or similar). * Understanding of data quality assurance, data validation, and troubleshooting techniques. * Ability to communicate effectively and accurately, both orally and in writing, with technical and non-technical staff., * Previous experience working in a higher education environment. * Experience with HR, finance, student, research, or enterprise administrative data. * Familiarity with solution development best practices such as source code control, issue tracking, accessibility compliance and testing. * Experience with Extract, Transform and Load technologies such as SSIS or Fabric. * Experience documenting databases and dataflows, along with their related properties., Job openings are posted for a minimum of 14 calendar days and may be removed from posting and filled any time after the original posting period has ended. Please note that this position is not eligible for visa sponsorship in the United States. ## Description Primary duties are to develop data visualizations, extracts and transforms to assist in strategic and operational decision making by administration, faculty and staff in the College of Liberal arts and Sciences, utilizing institutional and localized data sources in a sustainable fashion. Create documentation for use by end users, technical support and data stewards. Apply best practices in data visualization and data design.
