## About the Role

Do you have a valid Driver's License license?, Do you have experience in Microsoft Word?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, We are currently seeking friendly, helpful and motivated candidates eager to join a company with growth potential. Applicants should have previous experience in customer service and sales, and must possess strong verbal and written communication skills. This position will be primarily located in Bridgeport, CT.

You will be an integral member of our team, delivering the best customer experience and service, all while building lasting relationships. Our team members are passionate about what they do and offer empathy and understanding to all customers situations.

We provide extensive training in all aspects of our business. Previous self storage experience is not required, all we ask is that you have a willingness to learn., * Sales and customer service experience in the retail and or service industries preferred but not required.

 * Working knowledge of Microsoft office, specifically Outlook, Excel and Word.
 * Basic computer skills.
 * Valid Driver's License with access to transportation., * High school or equivalent (Required)

 * Customer Service: 5 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

 * Driver's License (Required)

## Description

* Build lasting relationships with our customers by helping them through the storage process.
 * Guide our customers through our very simple contact-free rental process.
 * Maintain facility cleanliness standards by performing daily tasks (vacant units cleaning, sweeping/mopping, check lighting, etc.)
