This is a hands-on position that offers variety, responsibility, and the opportunity to work with a wide range of technologies., * Minimum 1 years of hands-on experience in IT support, technology installation, networking, or a related field * Experience troubleshooting Windows computers and common technology issues * Basic understanding of networking concepts, including IP addressing, switches, wireless connectivity, and internet troubleshooting * Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision * Strong customer service and communication skills * Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities * Valid Arizona driver's license with a clean driving record * Ability to obtain and maintain an Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card * Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and safely work on ladders when required Preferred Skills & Experience * K-12 education technology environments * Interactive whiteboards and classroom technology * Google Workspace administration and support * Microsoft 365 administration and support * Chromebook deployment and management * Experience supporting both Chromebook and Windows device environments * Windows imaging and device deployment * Audio/visual systems and conference room technology * Security camera systems * Access control systems * Mobile device management (MDM) * Technical support or field service experience * Technology inventory and asset management * Customer-facing field service experience * Experience working independently at customer locations What Success Looks Like The ideal candidate is comfortable arriving at a customer site, identifying issues, developing solutions, and completing work with minimal supervision.
