## Description

The Senior GIS Analyst serves as a technical lead for GIS projects and initiatives, providing expertise in spatial analysis, geodatabase design, business requirements analysis, system architecture, and project management. This position works closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership to develop GIS solutions that support organizational decision-making and operational objectives., * Analyze business requirements and translate them into GIS solutions.

 * Design and develop logical data models, workflows, and GIS system architectures.
 * Lead GIS projects from planning through implementation and deployment.
 * Perform advanced spatial analysis, modeling, and geoprocessing activities.
 * Design, develop, and maintain enterprise geodatabases.
 * Develop GIS standards, governance processes, and best practices.
 * Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables.
 * Supervise GIS analysts, technicians, and project staff.
 * Prepare project status reports and executive-level presentations.
 * Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for GIS innovation and process improvement.
 * Support enterprise GIS integrations with business systems and databases.
