## About the Role

Do you have experience in Virtualization tools?, We're looking for a proactive, team-oriented professional with strong troubleshooting skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to quickly learn new technologies. You'll bring at least three years of IT experience (or equivalent), a solid understanding of Microsoft desktop environments, and preferably exposure to virtualization, Cisco systems, or Linux. Certifications such as A+ or Network+ are a plus. ## Description

Join our team as an IT Technician and play a critical role in keeping our systems, networks, and users running smoothly. In this hands-on role, you'll monitor system and network performance, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues of moderate complexity, and provide exceptional support to end users both remotely and on-site. You'll serve as a key escalation point for Help Desk issues, partner closely with IT staff on projects, and contribute to continuous improvement by developing knowledge base documentation and recommending process enhancements.
