 * Experience developing HIPAA-compliant integrations.
 * Advanced SQL and PL/SQL development and troubleshooting skills.
 * Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
 * Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM architecture, data models, and table structures.
 * Excellent communication and analytical skills.
 * Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integration development.
 * Experience with Payroll, Time & Labor (OTL), Recruiting, and Help Desk modules.
 * Utility industry experience.- Nice to have

## Description

We are seeking a Senior Oracle HCM Cloud Developer with strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM development, integrations, reports, and extensions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience supporting Benefits and Absence modules and developing integrations using Oracle HCM tools and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)., * Design, develop, and support Oracle Fusion HCM integrations, reports, extensions, and workflows.

 * Build integrations using HDL, HCM Extracts, REST APIs, and BI Publisher.
 * Develop customizations using Visual Builder Studio, Design Studio, and Application Composer.
 * Create complex OTBI and BI Publisher reports.
 * Support quarterly Oracle Cloud patches, upgrades, and testing activities.
 * Troubleshoot production issues and work with Oracle Support to resolve service requests.
 * Perform impact analysis and system enhancements.
 * Document technical solutions and provide technical guidance to team members.
