## About the Role

Do you have experience in Telecommunications network troubleshooting?, * 3+ years of IT support / desktop support experience

 * 1+ years of experience with Azure and basic familiarity with Azure environment and DevOps pipelines (monitoring/fixing failures)
 * Experience with networking concepts and troubleshooting

## Description

We are seeking a dedicated IT Support Engineer to provide daily onsite IT support for the Dallas office and remote US employees. You will also assist with infrastructure and cloud-related operations but the main function of this role is IT support., * Provide Desktop Support for end users, including hardware/software troubleshooting and user assistance

 * Handle Network Support activities within the office environment and for remote employees, including connectivity troubleshooting, device setup, and coordination with vendors when required
 * Support day-to-day IT operations and ensure smooth functioning of office IT infrastructure
 * Assist with Azure Cloud operations and DevOps-related activities where applicable
 * Support CI/CD pipelines, basic cloud administration, monitoring, and system maintenance activities
 * Coordinate with internal IT teams for escalations and ongoing infrastructure improvements
 * Maintain IT asset inventory and ensure compliance with company IT policies
