This position ensures the reliability, scalability, and security of infrastructure services while driving modernization initiatives. The role requires a strategic leader with deep technical expertise in network architecture, cloud platforms, endpoint management, and cybersecurity best practices., Infrastructure Management * Oversee deployment, configuration, and maintenance of enterprise network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, WLAN, and cloud-based services across multiple locations. * Manage endpoint systems and tools for laptops, desktops, and mobile devices, ensuring security and compliance. * Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain high availability and optimal throughput. Cloud & Systems Administration * Lead deployment and technical support of servers, storage, and cloud-based systems. * Ensure infrastructure meets HIPAA and security compliance standards. * Implement automation and AI-driven tools to improve efficiency and scalability. Identity & Access Management * Develop and implement automated processes for onboarding/offboarding and access provisioning. * Maintain Active Directory, Group Policies, and related identity management systems. Collaboration & Support * Partner with IT Service Desk to ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests. * Manage IT Change Enablement processes to minimize risk and disruption during system updates.
