## About the Role

Do you have experience in Team management?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, An entertainment company is seeking a Bilingual Japanese/English Senior IT Manager to join their team in Cerritos, CA. This position is responsible for overall system engineering, including system requirements, technical designs, development, and delivery, within scope and budget. The ability to speak, read and write Japanese, a bachelor's degree (IT related), 5+ years of project management and software development experience, ERP, B2C experience and Java Script, VBA, SQL, or Linux proficiency is required. This is a full-time, exempt, in-person position with excellent benefits and 401k., Bilingual Japanese/English Senior IT Manager Skills:
-Must speak, read, and write Japanese
-Must have a bachelor's degree (Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science)
-Must have 5 years of project lead or management experience
-Must have 7 years' experience in software development
-Experience in B2C business, POS systems and SKU product management
-Proficiency with MS Excel
-Proficiency with one of the following: Java Script, VBA, SQL, Linux
-Understanding of Object-Oriented programming concepts and User Interface design, * Do you have proficiency with one of the following: Java Script, VBA, SQL, Linux?

Education:

 * Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

 * IT project management: 5 years (Preferred)

## Description

Analyze requirements and translate business requirements into product and technical designs-Suggest technical alternatives and improve/streamline processes and systems
-Contribute to system engineering planning activities including backlog decomposition, estimating, and sequencing with product owners
-Use Agile/Scrum/Waterfall to deliver work in small teams
-Development of mobile responsive front-end web components using modern web technologies
-Development of server-side components using a Microsoft technology stack
-Development of data components and BI tool interfacing with other system components
-Development of systems/services to reengineer tasks requested by other departments
-Conduct project lead of system/application implementations
-Create tools to support engineering and operations process
-Partner with other IT teams to ensure applications are performant and secure
-Write technical specifications and other forms of documentation
-Conduct system quality assurance and propose system improvement
-Conduct vendor management and team management
-Other duties as directed by upper management
