We are seeking a highly experienced Manufacturing Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of manufacturing capabilities within our clients global Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) platform.

This role will be responsible for defining end-to-end manufacturing solutions across a complex, multi-ERP landscape, including the transition of acquired manufacturing businesses onto D365. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in discrete and/or process manufacturing, strong functional knowledge of D365, and the ability to partner across business and IT to deliver scalable, standardized solutions.

This is a hands-on architecture role requiring both strategic thinking and execution, with close collaboration across ERP, MES, integration, and data teams., * Lead the design of end-to-end manufacturing processes in D365, including:

 * Plan to Produce (MPS/MRP)
 * Production Control (discrete and/or process manufacturing)
 * Inventory and warehouse integration
 * Define scalable solutions for multi-site, multi-entity manufacturing operations
 * Translate business requirements into solution designs, functional specifications, and architecture artifacts
 * Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and long-term ERP strategy
 * Provide expert guidance on business system design and implementation
 * Effectively promote Dynamics capability within the business ensuring further adoption throughout the business
 * Define training needs within the team and coach other team members
 * Meet and exceed the businesses expectations of business knowledge, skills and behaviour
 * Identify risks and mitigate or communicate as necessary
 * Ensure Dynamics updates are communicated to relevant parties both formally and informally
