## Description

Desarrollar y evolucionar aplicaciones .NET (Core / Framework) y Angular, asegurando calidad, rendimiento y mantenibilidad.
Trabajar de forma totalmente autónoma en la parte técnica, sin dependencia del líder actual.
Asumir el liderazgo técnico de un segundo equipo de desarrollo.
Acompañar y formar a un perfil junior, resolviendo dudas técnicas y facilitando su crecimiento.
Colaborar con negocio en la toma y entendimiento de requisitos funcionales, transformándolos en soluciones técnicas eficientes.
Seguir los lineamientos y estándares de desarrollo definidos en el proyecto.
Participar progresivamente en tareas de arquitectura y diseño de software, apoyando al líder del proyecto.
Contribuir a la mejora continua del código, buenas prácticas y procesos del equipo.
