We are seeking a Production Support Engineer (L1/L3) with 3 4 years of experience in application and production support within enterprise environments. The ideal candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills, monitoring experience, and exposure to DevOps and Java-based applications., * 4-5 years of experience in Production/Application Support

 * Strong experience with Linux and Unix environments
 * Hands-on experience with Splunk and Dynatrace monitoring tools
 * Experience supporting Java applications in production environments
 * Knowledge of DevOps processes and support methodologies
 * Ability to analyze logs, troubleshoot incidents, and resolve production issues
 * Experience with incident management, monitoring, and root cause analysis
 * Strong communication and coordination skills for working with cross-functional teams

## Description

* Provide L1/L3 production support for enterprise applications
 * Monitor application health and system performance using Splunk and Dynatrace
 * Troubleshoot production incidents and provide timely resolutions
 * Support Java-based applications in Linux/Unix environments
 * Work closely with development, infrastructure, and DevOps teams
 * Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and problem management
 * Ensure application stability, availability, and performance in production environments
