## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in related field
 * 10+ years of overall IT experience with 3+ years in a Technical/Solution Architect role
 * Hands on experience in SQL Server, ADF (Orchestration), POWERBI, Snowflake, Prefect (Orchestration), Servicenow, GIT, ADO
 * Strong domain knowledge of Home Health business processes - including eligibility, authorizations, clinical workflows, EMR systems (HCHB preferred), and post-acute care coordination
 * Working knowledge of data integration patterns (HL7/FHIR, ETL pipelines, data warehousing)
 * Experience with cloud-native architectures (Azure preferred) and DevOps practices
 * Familiarity with Agile/SAFe delivery frameworks
Good-to-Have:

 * Prior experience working on Humana / CenterWell engagements
 * Experience with AI/ML use cases in healthcare (clinical documentation, predictive analytics
