As a INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SPECIALIST (APPSW/ENTARCH), GS-2210-13, you will perform a wide variety of duties related to the design, development, and implementation of new and modernized HHS, CMS information technology (IT) systems in support of HHS, CMS programs., * Provide high-level technical expertise in support of new or existing applications software in one or multiple specialties. * Lead or consult with cross-functional teams, staffed by federal civil servants and contractors, skilled in information technology, data engineering, design, product management, project management, data science and related technology disciplines. * Provide technical advice and support on solutions to critical problems, which require creativity in generating new hypotheses, approaches, and standards to be used agency- and nationwide by others. * Serve as an agency expert in new and emerging information technology tools, platforms, and method., 1. Leading cross-functional teams to automate and scale mission-critical platforms while ensuring alignment with federal compliance standards and organizational policy. OR 2. Providing end-to-end strategic oversight for enterprise system initiatives, encompassing fiscal management, contract administration, and data-driven performance tracking within an Agile delivery framework. AND 3. Communicating complex technical information into clear, concise written reports and oral presentations tailored for diverse audience, including end-users, executives, and non-technical stakeholders.
