Do you have experience in Stakeholder management?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Currently pursuing or recently completed a BS, MS, or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Data Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.

 * 1-3 years of experience, internship experience, project experience, or equivalent hands-on work with data, reporting, automation, or enterprise systems.
 * Hands-on experience or strong familiarity with data engineering, visualization, and analytics dashboard creation, data modeling, DAX, Power Query, and scheduled refreshes.
 * Experience working with Databricks, SQL, notebooks, or lakehouse-style data environments.
 * Familiarity with pulling data from enterprise tools such as Jira and ServiceNow, including APIs, exports, connectors, or reporting tables.
 * Programming experience using Python, SQL, JavaScript, or similar languages.
 * Understanding of data cleaning, transformation, joins, filters, calculated fields, and dashboard performance basics.
 * Ability to work with stakeholders to clarify requirements, validate data, and iterate on reports or automation workflows.
 * Strong attention to detail, willingness to learn, and ability to document work clearly.
 * Good communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
