This role focuses on preparing, equipping, and enabling stakeholders to adopt new processes, technologies, and ways of working. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in change management methodologies, strong communication skills, and a collaborative approach to partnering across teams and stakeholders., * Develop and implement holistic change management plans that support project objectives and desired outcomes. * Facilitate workshops and sessions to improve stakeholder understanding, readiness, and alignment around change initiatives. * Monitor and report on change progress, including identifying risks, challenges, and areas requiring targeted interventions. * Foster a culture of open communication, transparency, and feedback to drive stakeholder engagement and adoption. * Leverage data-driven insights to refine change strategies, enhance organizational readiness, and measure effectiveness.
