Minimum Qualifications of Systems Engineer - MBSE Bachelor's Degree in Technical Field of study or social science and 0-3 years of relevant experience. Candidates are not required to possess all qualifications; is you possess some of the desired qualifications, please apply.

Desired Experience

 + Strong analytical, inference, critical thinking, and creative problem-solving skills

 + Experience with MBSE tools and languages

 + OMG or ICOSE certifications

 + Knowledge and experience of Digital Engineering concepts, methodologies, and tools

 + Exposure to integrating MBSE across multiple organizations

 + Experience leading MBSE teams and approach/implementation

 + Strong coding and modeling skills that can be leveraged to interface with data sets

 + Demonstrated ability to work independently

 + Demonstrated ability to participate in small, dynamic teams and deliver products exceeding customer expectations

## Description

SURVICE Engineering is currently seeking a Systems Engineer - MBSE to support several DoD survivability programs. You will accelerate your career and become an integral team member within the defense community.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities of Systems Engineer - MBSE

 + Apply principles, theories and concepts related to the digital modeling of systems

 + Utilize MBSE tools to model and capture program requirements, track performance metrics, manage system engineering processes, and develop complex system models

 + Utilize MBSE tools such as Cameo to develop detailed models that integrate sub-system models

 + Support eventual migration to SysML v2

 + Enable/support development of automation capabilities and establishing a digital thread

 + Collaborate across stakeholders including coworkers, customers, and government program partners

 + Provide technical advice and guidance to managers regarding the creation and implementation of new MBSE methods and techniques

 + Undertake other Systems Engineering duties as determined by manager or his/her delegate
