Preferred Skills * Familiarity with AI design or prototyping tools (e.g., Figma AI, Uizard, MidJourney, Galileo AI) to accelerate ideation and concept testing. * Knowledge of financial services, B2B, or data-heavy platforms. * Experience helping establish design systems or UX practices in a growing organization. * User Experience Focused: You prioritize usability and clarity in every design. * Detail-Oriented: You deliver polished, consistent UI assets with precision. * Collaborative: You thrive in cross-functional teams and balance design input with product and engineering needs. * Innovative: You explore modern tools, including AI, to enhance design efficiency and creativity. ## Description We're looking for a Lead UI/UX Designer to join our Platform Product team, which powers Solifi's Open Finance Platform and supports a portfolio of products used globally by secured finance customers. As our first dedicated designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping user-centered experiences and high-quality UI assets for Solifi's Digital Experience Portal and other platform capabilities. While basic requirements and wireframes will come from the product team, you'll take ownership of the end-to-end user experience-elevating concepts into polished, intuitive, and accessible designs. You will also establish design best practices, introduce scalable systems, and ensure consistency across Solifi's product portfolio.
