The ideal candidate excels at creating intuitive, accessible, and visually compelling user experiences while simultaneously driving cross-functional teams through clear planning, communication, and execution. They serve as the connective tissue between business stakeholders, design, and technology translating goals into actionable design strategies, facilitating alignment across teams, and ensuring that every solution is grounded in user insight and operational feasibility. The UX Designer will be someone who is comfortable conducting research, crafting wireframes, and building prototypes while managing timelines, coordinating resources, and presenting to executive and non-technical audiences, bringing a balanced blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and delivery discipline to shape digital experiences that are both impactful and scalable.
