## About the Role

We are currently looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join a high-performing Agile organization. This role requires a strong servant-leader mindset, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience leading software development and product teams in a SAFe Agile environment., + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

 + Minimum 5 years of IT experience.

 + At least 5 years of experience leading projects and/or teams.

 + Minimum 3 years of experience working as a Scrum Master.

 + Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, SAFe framework, and servant leadership principles.

 + Experience with Kanban and Agile delivery practices.

 + Excellent facilitation, coaching, conflict resolution, and communication skills.

Preferred Certifications:

 + Scrum Practitioner (SP)

 + SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) / Certified Scrum Master (CSM)

 + SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (SASM)

 + SAFe Program Consultant (SPC)

Preferred Technical Experience:

 + ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing

 + Pair Programming and Automated Testing

 + User Story and Epic creation

 + Dependency management and Agile planning

 + Working with large-scale and complex Agile projects

## Description

+ Serve as Scrum Master for 2-3 Agile teams.

 + Coach teams and the organization on Lean-Agile and SAFe best practices.

 + Conduct team and train-level Agile assessments.

 + Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and remove impediments.

 + Drive continuous improvement initiatives and improve team performance.

 + Create and maintain Agile metrics to measure team progress and effectiveness.

 + Support PI Planning activities, including capacity planning and WSJF prioritization.

 + Facilitate cross-team collaboration and Agile coach sync meetings.

 + Assist teams in managing dependencies, resolving conflicts, and adapting to organizational changes.

 + Develop and enhance Agile training materials and internal coaching programs.
