The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Data Science, Python, and Machine Learning, along with hands-on experience developing predictive models and extracting actionable insights from complex datasets., * 5-7 years of professional experience in Data Science or related fields.

 * Strong programming experience with Python.
 * Hands-on expertise in Machine Learning algorithms and model development.
 * Experience with data manipulation and analysis using libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn.
 * Strong knowledge of statistical modeling and predictive analytics.
 * Experience working with SQL and relational databases.
 * Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Matplotlib.
 * Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills., * Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
 * Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
 * Knowledge of deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
 * Experience with big data technologies is a plus., * Candidates local to Iowa or nearby states are highly preferred.
 * Must be authorized to work in the United States.
