We are open to a range of experience levels. Title and compensation will be calibrated to the individual - what we are filtering on is aptitude, full-stack range, and a genuine commitment to AI-assisted development. RICCIQ is a custom React application that runs hosted inside ServiceNow. The stack is TypeScript throughout, React on the frontend, and Node/Express on the backend. Prior experience with our specific tools is not required. What we're looking for * Full-stack range: comfortable moving across frontend, backend, and data layers - JavaScript or TypeScript required, Python for scripting and tooling * Working knowledge of SQL, containers, cloud deployment basics, and CI/CD * Strong git hygiene and code review discipline * Writes tests as part of the development cycle * Instruments features with metrics - knows what success looks like before shipping and has a plan to measure it * Reasons from the user's point of view; asks what a feature should accomplish before asking how to build it * Sound security instincts: understands where secrets belong, what goes in version control, and applies basic threat awareness to auth and user data * Familiarity with feature flags and controlled rollouts is a plus Strong signal: a track record of shipping more than your experience level would typically predict, projects built primarily with AI coding agents, or a clear point of view on which tools and workflows produce the best output and why.
