IT GOAT is a growing MSP looking for motivated problem-solvers who love technology, enjoy helping people, and want to build real-world skills in a high-energy environment., · 1+ year of IT support experience in a Managed Service Provider environment is required. · Basic understanding of networking fundamentals. · Basic understanding of cybersecurity best practices. · Basic operating system knowledge, including Windows and macOS. · Basic understanding of email platforms, including Google Workspace and Microsoft 365. · Strong customer service mindset and a desire to help people. · Clear, confident communication skills. · Ability to read and write technical documentation and follow checklists. · Team-first attitude with a passion for solving problems. · Ability to work independently, collaborate with others, and keep moving toward results. · Motivation to keep learning and growing your technical skill set. · Professional, detail-oriented, dependable, and flexible. · Strong organizational and time-management skills. · Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. · Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly. · Ability to stand, sit, bend, lift, and walk frequently throughout the day. · Ability to travel to client locations as needed. · High school diploma or equivalent required. Preferred Qualifications · Previous Managed Service Provider experience. · Personal interest in IT, technology, or troubleshooting outside of work. · Experience with ConnectWise, Automate, Ninja One, and other MSP tools. · Industry certifications, such as Microsoft or CompTIA certifications. ## Description At IT GOAT, you won't be stuck doing the same thing every day. Applicants must live in the Dallas, TX area and have reliable transportation for travel between home, the office, and client sites as needed.
