## Description

The successful candidate for this job will have outstanding customer services skills, previous optical and or medical experience preferred. Basic computer skills required for securing insurance authorizations to serve our patients. This position requires some travel between our various Rochester practices. Must have reliable transportation. Report to a clean, safe, professional office environment, in a dispensary for eyeglasses and contact lenses, while under the direction of an experienced optometrist. The position is full-time with benefits as further detailed on the job posting. An allowance for purchasing eyewear and pro-rated paid time off apply following a waiting period. Come grow with us!

Responsibilities

 * Greet and assist patients at the front desk, ensuring a welcoming environment.
 * Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
 * Utilize EMR systems for scheduling appointments and processing billing.
 * Provide exceptional customer service while addressing patient inquiries and concerns.
 * Support the optometric team with patient care and optical services as needed.
