## Description

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative & Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. This position serves as the first point of contact for our customers and leads the front desk reception for our Fremont headquarters. Most importantly, we are looking for someone who has a passion for helping people, delivering excellent customer service, and representing our company in a professional and positive manner., * Lead the front desk reception and serve as the first point of contact for customers, visitors, and incoming communications.

 * Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
 * Respond to customer inquiries received through phone, email, website forms, and online chat.
 * Help guide new customers through the onboarding process and coordinate service requests.
 * Schedule appointments and maintain accurate customer records.
 * Support daily office operations and administrative tasks.
 * Communicate with customers and team members to ensure requests are completed successfully.
 * Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive experience for every customer.
 * Maintain consistent phone coverage during business hours and ensure timely responses to customer inquiries.
