## Description

Respond to IT Helpdesk Tickets.

 - Diagnose and resolve basic computer problems, including PC, server, internet connectivity, network, operating systems, applications, and printers; install and configure new PCs and other hardware, system upgrades and software patches.
 - Train users on new equipment and software.
 - Maintain IT hardware and software assets; assist in IT infrastructure and systems maintenance, upgrade, and/or migration.
 - Maintain system status and troubleshooting documents (procedures).
