 * Manage and maintain co-location, data center, and inter-site connectivity
 * Monitor network performance and troubleshoot complex issues (latency, packet loss, microbursts)
 * Support market data distribution and real-time systems
 * Ensure high availability, resiliency, and scalability across the network environment
 * Implement monitoring, alerting, and observability tooling
