## About the Role

* 2 years of experience with ServiceNow development or administration experience
 * ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification or Security+ certification

Bonus Points if you have:

 * Experience with HR Service Delivery (HRSD) in ServiceNow
 * ITSM experience
 * Custom application development experience
 * Bachelor's degree

Security Clearance:

 * An active Top Secret clearance is required and must be willing to obtain SCI and a polygraph

Join our team as a developer implementing ServiceNow for a large federal agency. Work on a team responsible for the implementation and configuration of multiple modules and capabilities, specifically within the IT Service Management suite of applications., * Responsible for application sustainment support, as well as development of future capabilities and integrations as applicable

 * Work in an Agile manner
 * Work independently and as part of a team
 * Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
 * Develops the application including configuration, report dashboard development, and data migration, where applicable
 * Performs custom development as required and 3rd party integrations
 * Carries out unit testing and defect resolution
 * Carries out migration of the changes to production
 * Assists with technical design and documentation
 * Collaborates with internal stakeholders and team members to build solutions in ServiceNow that support business requirements
