Tableau and Willow certifications must be obtained within 6 months of hire. ## Description The Pharmacy Business Intelligence Analyst is a technical analytics role requiring strong proficiency in data engineering, SQL development, and business intelligence tools. This position is responsible for designing, building, and validating a logical data layer, pipelines and analytic datasets, not solely interpreting existing data. The analyst independently develops data sources from systems such as Epic Clarity and other enterprise data platforms, performs rigorous data validation, and delivers high-quality dashboards and reporting solutions. This role owns the full lifecycle of analytics projects-from requirements gathering through technical development and visualization-and requires a candidate who is equally strong in technical execution and stakeholder engagement.
