Proven track record of serving as a Scrum Master or similar Agile role, demonstrating successful delivery of projects and improvements in team performance. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management or related field is preferred. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification or equivalent Agile certification. Additional Agile-related certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner, Certified Scrum Developer, or Certified Agile Leader are desirable. ## Description Main responsibilities: Facilitate all Scrum events (Sprint planning, daily stand ups, Sprint review, and Sprint retrospectives) ensuring that they are effective, time-boxed, and focused on achieving the Sprint goals. Team Support: Coach and mentor the Scrum Team (Product Owner, Development team) in Agile principles, practices, and frameworks to enhance their effectiveness and productivity. Remove impediments: Identify and address impediments or obstacles that prevent the team from achieving their Sprint goals. Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues promptly. Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between the development team and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, transparency, and alignment on project goals, progress, and priorities. Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team by facilitating retrospective meetings and encouraging experimentation and adaptation to improve processes and outcomes. Metrics and Reporting: Collect and analyze Agile metrics to track team progress, identify trends, and inform decision making.
