## About the Role

Do you have a valid Certified Project Manager certification?, Do you have experience in Technology management?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

 * 7+ years of IT experience with at least 2 years of team leadership experience.
 * U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident.
 * Strong experience with ERP and enterprise applications (ERP, SCM, CRM, BI).
 * Experience leading IT projects in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
 * Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

 * Experience with SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
 * Power BI and SQL expertise.
 * Experience with MES, SCADA, or Industrial IoT (IIoT) platforms.
 * PMP, CSM, or similar project management certification.
 * Lean, Kaizen, or Six Sigma experience.
 * Change management and vendor management experience., * Bachelor's (Required), * IT: 7 years (Required)
 * Leadership / project lead focus: 2 years (Required)
 * SAP/Oracle/Dynamics: 2 years (Required)

## Description

We are seeking a hands-on Digital & IT Lead to support digital transformation initiatives within a manufacturing environment. This role combines project leadership, ERP expertise, team management, and direct support for business-critical applications. The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional projects, manage priorities, and deliver scalable technology solutions that support business objectives., * Serve as the primary ERP Subject Matter Expert (SME) and business partner.

 * Lead and execute digital and IT projects from planning through implementation.
 * Manage project intake, prioritization, and resource allocation.
 * Lead, mentor, and develop a cross-functional team.
 * Provide technical and functional support for ERP, BI, and enterprise applications.
 * Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Kaizen methodologies.
 * Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to align technology with business needs.
