Insists on highest level of quality., * Bachelor's degree required in Education, Instructional Technology, or a related field. * Master's degree preferred in one of the following areas: Educational Leadership, Instructional Technology, Library Media Sciences and Curriculum Instruction. * Minimum 5 years of experience in K-12 Teaching, Media Specialist, and/or Instructional Technology. * Must hold a teaching certificate from any state. * Strong understanding of pedagogical methods and how they relate to technology integration. * Proficiency in various educational technologies and digital platforms. * Must possess or be willing to obtain Apple Learning Coach and Microsoft Educator Trainer recognitions. * Excellent customer service skills with a sense of urgency and the ability to work with people of various backgrounds and all levels of technical knowledge. * Ability to train and motivate adult learners. * Will require travel between NEI campuses in Tennessee. * May require occasional weekend travel., · Travel between school campuses required and up to 50% travel out of state · Light work: Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force as frequently as needed to move objects ## Description As an Instructional Technology Specialist (ITS), you will facilitate the integration of technology into instructional programs. The primary responsibility of the ITS is to enhance and improve the teaching and learning process through technology. The role involves collaboration with school teams and leadership to develop, implement, and support technology-rich educational strategies that align with the NEI Education Model.
