## About the Role

Do you have experience in Writing skills?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)

 * 5+ years of manual software testing experience
 * Experience with medical billing, healthcare claims processing, or insurance domain (preferred)

Proficiency in:

 * Manual test case design and execution
 * Test management tools (Azure DevOps or similar)
 * SQL Server (ability to write basic queries for data validation)
 * API testing concepts (RESTful services)
 * Preferred:
 * Automation test writing experience (Selenium, Coded UI Editor)
 * Familiarity with:
 * Web application testing (.NET Framework applications)
 * Database testing and data verification

Domain Knowledge (Preferred):

 * Understanding of medical billing workflows
 * Knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS coding systems
 * Familiarity with Auto Insurance claims processing

Essential Qualities:

 * Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
 * Excellent written and verbal communication skills
 * Ability to understand complex business workflows
 * Willingness to develop deep expertise in medical billing domain
 * Good collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams
 * Quick learner and able to adapt in fast-paced environment

Nice to Have:

 * Experience with medical bill review systems
 * Exposure to automation testing tools
 * Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies

## Description

This is a full-time remote position that can be located anywhere in the U.S.

 * Execute manual and automation test cases for the application suite, including functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing to ensure software quality and reliability
 * Design, create, and maintain comprehensive test cases in Azure DevOps based on user stories, acceptance criteria, and business requirements
 * Perform thorough defect identification, documentation, and tracking through the complete resolution lifecycle, ensuring clear reproduction steps and severity classification
 * Actively participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint demos, daily standups, and test case peer reviews
 * Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and business analysts to define test coverage, validate requirements, and ensure alignment with business objectives
 * Develop and maintain automation test scripts for the application suite to increase test efficiency and coverage (preferred)
 * Support Deg and QA/UAT validation testing during release cycles
 * Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and testing best practices
