Hands-on experience with IRM (Integrated Risk Management) modules, including Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), Vendor Risk Management, and Security Incident Response is preferred. Experience with SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) modules, including Demand Management, Project Portfolio Management, and Resource Management, preferred. Experience with ServiceNow Service Portal development is preferred. Experience in a hospital or healthcare setting is preferred. EDUCATION DESCRIPTION: Knowledge of computer/network principles at a level normally acquired through completion of a bachelor's degree in a relevant technology field or acquired through a combination of education and experience is required. TRAINING DESCRIPTION: Proficiency in JavaScript, AngularJS (or similar frameworks), HTML, CSS, and other web technologies relevant to ServiceNow development. Familiarity with ITIL framework and its application within ServiceNow. Knowledge of scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python for automation tasks, preferred.
