Quantify ROI through well-scoped POCs and present results to stakeholders. * Deployment & Support: Integrate ChipAgents with existing RTL design, simulation, and verification workflows (e.g., Synopsys VCS, Cadence Xcelium, Siemens Questa). Troubleshoot issues, provide root-cause analysis, and ensure production readiness. Deliver on-site/remote training sessions and create onboarding materials. * Customer Success: Serve as a trusted advisor who translates customer goals into concrete deployment plans. Track usage metrics and adoption milestones to drive renewals and expansion. * Product Feedback Loop: Consolidate field feedback into clear feature requests and bug reports.
