## Description

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to support business decision-making through data-driven insights. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, performing advanced analytics, and delivering actionable recommendations through data visualization and reporting., Stakeholder Engagement & Project Management

 * Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business strategies, objectives, and analytical needs
 * Translate business requirements into structured analytical approaches
 * Lead analytics projects from initiation through completion
 * Serve as a key liaison for risk and performance insights across assigned business areas

Data Collection & Validation

 * Acquire, compile, and manage structured and unstructured datasets
 * Validate data quality, accuracy, and integrity prior to analysis

Data Analysis & Insights

 * Analyze historical and current data to identify trends, patterns, and risk insights
 * Apply advanced analytical techniques to solve complex business problems
 * Validate analytical methodologies used by peers

Visualization & Reporting

 * Develop and deliver high-quality dashboards, reports, and presentations
 * Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable business recommendations
 * Utilize visualization tools to enhance decision-making

Process Development & Optimization

 * Design, develop, and maintain recurring reports and analytical processes
 * Improve efficiency and scalability of data workflows

Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing
