The following requirements are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required., * Strong customer service orientation with excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. * Proven ability to independently manage priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to prepare technical documentation and deliver user training. * Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). * Must be detail-oriented and task-driven with the ability to follow procedures precisely., * Prior experience with Blackberry's AtHoc and Everbridge's Visual Command Center (VCC) is a must. * Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 2 years of technical or IT-related experience. * Experience supporting enterprise software applications, especially within a government or secure environment, preferred. * Familiarity with emergency management, cybersecurity protocols, or continuity of operations (COOP) support is highly desirable.
