 * Hands-on experience with Aldelo Express.
 * Hands-on experience with Aldelo POS.
 * Strong understanding of restaurant operations and kitchen printing workflows.
 * Experience with:
 * Epson Printers
 * Windows Operating Systems
 * Network Configuration
 * Routers and Wi-Fi Setup
 * Payment Processing Equipment
 * Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
 * Strong communication and customer service skills.
 * Bilingual English and Chinese preferred.

Preferred Experience

Experience with one or more of the following:

 * Clover POS
 * Toast POS
 * Square POS
 * PAX Payment Terminals
 * Credit Card Processing Systems
 * Restaurant Technology Support

## Description

* Install, configure, and maintain restaurant POS systems.
 * Set up and support Aldelo Express and Aldelo POS platforms.
 * Configure menus, modifiers, pricing, and kitchen workflows.
 * Install and troubleshoot printers, cash drawers, scanners, and network devices.
 * Provide on-site and remote technical support to restaurant clients.
 * Train restaurant staff on daily POS operations.
 * Perform system upgrades, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
 * Coordinate with sales and implementation teams during new merchant installations.
 * Ensure smooth POS operations and customer satisfaction.
