What you will be doing * Cash duties including booking all daily cash activity via journal entry * Understands the function of correctly posting cash and performing General Ledger transfers * Ability to work in multiple ERP systems with basic understanding of money transference * Ability to work and understand multiple bank accounts * Daily reconciliation of daily cash posting to daily bank deposit. * Solid understanding of remit information from a customer payment * Excellent Data Entry Skills with extremely high accuracy rate * Excellent reconciliation and research skills * Ability to understand the use of multiple email inboxes and their functions Other Duties and Responsibilities: * Assist with month-end close, reporting. * Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and gets along well with others * Must be able to interface with internal and external auditors as required. * Ability to think creatively and make complex decisions * Reconcile customer accounts as needed * Perform other duties as assigned.
