Requirements * 2+ years of practical experience working with network infrastructure, cable installation, security systems, or related field support environments. * Knowledge of TCP/IP networking, VLANs, switching concepts, basic routing, and Power over Ethernet technologies. * Experience supporting structured cabling, fiber-optic connections, low-voltage installations, and general network hardware in the field. * Familiarity with CCTV or IP camera platforms, access control systems, and VoIP or telecom-related services. * Ability to interpret network layouts, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation for installation and troubleshooting work. * Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to respond to service issues independently and communicate progress clearly. * Valid driver's license and willingness to travel between locations as business needs require. * Associate's degree or technical certification in networking, information technology, or a related discipline is preferred. This contract opportunity with potential for a permanent role is ideal for someone who enjoys field-based technical work, solving connectivity issues, and helping maintain reliable infrastructure for business operations.
