* Build advanced infrastructure solutions for Roblox developer and user needs
 * Define problem space, collect user requirements and drive engineering teams to plan and ship large-scale systems
 * Clearly communicate technology, requirements, goals, and milestones.
 * Balance efficiency, and priorities based on impact to the community and our long-term goals
 * Align senior leadership and key stakeholders around program roadmap
 * Manage programs from beginning to end, focusing on what is best for long-term success
 * Unblock teams and allow them to stay true to top priorities
 * Enable engineering teams to reliably manage all project phases
 * Use data-driven approach to inform teams' direction
 * Manage dependencies across teams and components
 * Influence, drive and deliver the product roadmap in support of innovation, cost-to-serve, scale, performance, quality and reliability and other strategic business initiatives
