## About the Role

We are seeking an Application Programmer with experience in Java-based application development. This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining microservices architectures and contributing to high-availability, fault-tolerant data systems. The position requires a deep understanding of Java, Spring Boot, and related technologies to build and optimize robust applications., Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in Java-based application development is required.

Technical Skills:

 * Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and J2EE technologies.
 * Understanding of JVM internals, memory management, and performance tuning.
 * Experience with multithreading, concurrency, and asynchronous programming.
 * Knowledge of microservices design, RESTful APIs, OpenAPI/Swagger, and API versioning.
 * Familiarity with service discovery, configuration management, and resilience patterns.
 * Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
 * Knowledge of CI/CD pipeline design and automation.

Preferred Qualifications

 * Experience with Apache Kafka for messaging and streaming.
 * Experience with Distributed CockroachDB.
 * Previous work in financial services, trading, or other high-throughput systems.

## Description

* Design and implement microservices architectures using Java, Spring Boot, and J2EE technologies.
 * Develop applications with a focus on multithreading, concurrency, and asynchronous programming.
 * Manage JVM internals, including memory management, garbage collection, and performance tuning.
 * Work with RESTful APIs, including knowledge of OpenAPI/Swagger and API versioning.
 * Implement service discovery, configuration management, and resilience patterns such as circuit breakers.
 * Contribute to the design and automation of CI/CD pipelines.
 * Ensure the development of high-availability and fault-tolerant data architectures.
 * Utilize containerization with Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.
