## About the Role

Do you have experience in Regulatory/legal compliance standards in production?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required

 * General understanding of laboratory equipment
 * Follow Good Manufacturing (GMP's) and Good Laboratory Practices at all times.
 * Minimum of 1-3 years of quality lab setting and/or food production experience or related degree.
 * Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds occasionally
 * Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision
 * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
 * Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret information
 * Ability to utilize Microsoft Office applications and ERP systems
 * Possible mandatory overtime

## Description

*
Ensure compliance to company standards and specifications

 * Maintain calibration of quality control equipment
 * Test in-process and finished product samples for microbiological and analytical results.
 * Perform inspections across all stages of production, and maintain accurate reports
 * Prepare and maintain test data for review
 * Evaluate data, noting any relevant deviations from existing standards
 * Report findings using email, word, excel and current business software
 * Identify areas for quality control improvement
 * Communicate quality or compliance concerns with urgency
 * General cleaning duties in lab and plant environments
 * Other duties and projects as assigned
