Desired Experience: * Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field. * Experience with AWS and or Azure deployments * Experience with ReKongition, Sagemaker, and/or Bedrock. ## Description Seeking a DevOps Engineer to work closely with Customer Engagement project teams and provide the customer with first-line implementation support. The selected candidate will support customer deployments and assist with installation and administrative configuration as required. The candidate will also assist with triaging and routing incoming requests, troubleshooting applications or environment issues, and remediating them. Acting as the customer's initial point of contact, the candidate will work closely with the project team to advance solutions implemented by the customer. Job Requirements: * Proactively manage and support existing infrastructure, networks, applications, and solution systems and structures. * Automate the deployment, scaling, and maintenance of cloud-based systems in an AWS environment. * Implement advanced reasoning loops (e.g., ReAct, Chain-of-Thought) to enable software agents to decompose high-level user requests into actionable technical plans. * Enable proactive system behavior where agents monitor real-time data and take corrective actions or suggest optimizations before a user prompt is even issued. * Establish systems by planning, executing, installing, configuring, and testing PCs, servers, hardware, software, LAN, and WAN networks, as well as operating and system management systems.
