## Description

Staff Force is seeking a Bilingual (Spanish) Administrative Coordinator to join their Conroe location. You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.

Must be flexible on working Over Time, doing early morning check ins and available on evenings and weekends.

Office Admin Responsibilities:

 * Maintain files and records, so they remain updated and easily accessible
 * Answer the phone and take messages or redirect calls to appropriate colleagues
 * Utilize office equipment such as scanners, printers, fax machines
 * Must be proficient with MS software such as Excel, Outlook and Word
 * Greet and assist onsite guests
 * Assist in office management and organization procedures
 * Monitor stocks of office supplies and report when product is low
 * Perform all other office tasks
 * Document verification
 * Other duties that are assigned
