## About the Role

Do you have experience in SQL databases?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, or a related field

 * 2-5+ years of experience in data analysis or a related field preferred
 * Strong proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools
 * Advanced SQL proficiency
 * Experience with reporting and data visualization tools (Power BI preferred)
 * Ability to perform data validation, transformation, and analysis
 * Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
 * Effective communication and ability to present insights clearly
 * Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple priorities and deadlines

## Description

What does a day as a Data Analyst look like?

 * Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities that improve productivity and profitability
 * Design and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations
 * Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
 * Collaborate with our marketing, operations and accounting departments to improve operational performance internally and externally.
 * Validate and review data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability
 * Identify and resolve data discrepancies, anomalies, and data quality issues within reporting and analysis
 * Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency and effectiveness

What is the schedule? Our hours for this position are 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday. Sometimes giving top-notch member service may require a little overtime, but we value work-life-balance and do our best to limit this. **This is not a remote position**
