## About the Role

* F5 Product Knowledge - Strong proficiency with F5 solutions, with a preference for hands-on experience with BIG-IP.
 * Security Expertise - Knowledge of securing mobility interfaces, DNS security, Web Application Firewalls (WAF), and general Layer 4 to Layer 7 awareness
 * Kubernetes and Cloud-Native Technologies - Basic understanding preferred, including familiarity with containers and orchestration platforms.
 * AI Security with a focus on Guardrails and Red Team
 * L2/L3 Networking Expertise - Understanding of L2/L3 networking, particularly BGP and MPLS.
 * Service Provider Networking Environments - Experience in service provider environments is advantageous
 * Experience Level - 8+ years of relevant pre-sales experience is required.

## Description

* Articulate the F5 product strategy, messaging, and positioning F5's value proposition to address customer business objectives.
 * Provide technical expertise through sales presentations, solution designs, solution demonstrations, and proof of concepts by various mediums, including in-person/virtual presentations, whiteboards, and more.
 * Mentor and educate sales teams on the value of F5 solutions and how they align with business drivers.
 * Determine the viability of opportunities and map out organizational structures within customer accounts.
 * Drive the sales process in partnership with the Account Manager by identifying the Technical Decision Maker to secure their validation, support, and sponsorship.
 * Consistently deliver world-class customer service across the entire customer lifecycle.
 * Work collaboratively with internal technical and sales teams by sharing best practices, updates, and expertise as opportunities arise.
