## Description

* Implementation and support across Oracle Fusion HCM modules: Core HR, Payroll, Talent, Learning, Compensation, Absence Management, Benefits.
 * Design and conduct CRPs, SIT, UAT, and End User Training.
 * Manage data migration using HCM Data Loader (HDL)/PBL. Drive solution workshops with customer stakeholders and provide best practice guidance.
 * Work closely with project managers, SMEs, and technical teams for seamless delivery.
 * Develop HR integrations using HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, Web Services (SOAP/REST), OIC, and HDL.
