## About the Role

Do you have experience in macOS?, * Key skills: Windows 7/10, Office 2013/O365, mobile device management.

 * Hardware would range from desktops/laptops/workstations/ thin clients.
 * Knowledge of ticketing platforms is key and knowledge of ITIL fundamentals is a plus.
 * Prior experience Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting WIN7/10 desktops & laptops.
 * Prior knowledge and experience supporting a client's datacenter.
 * Excellent Customer Service skills.
 * Can manage small project teams.
 * Any prior support knowledge of the Apple MAC platform is a big plus.
 * Ability to build rapport with clients.
 * Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
 * Must be friendly, eager to learn, self-motivated, and good under pressure.
 * Positive and professional demeanor; a self-starter capable of working with minimal supervision
 * Has 3-5 years of experience

## Description

This role if for someone with prior desktop support experience (Hardware Replacement, Windows Upgrades, PC Refresh, etc.) with experience supporting WIN7 / WIN10., * Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software.

 * Resolve issues for clients via phone, in person, or electronically.
 * Recommend hardware and software improvements.
 * Track customer issues and resolutions
 * Accurately testing, identifying, repairing, resolving, and documenting end user technical issues regarding basic network/desktop/laptop support, Printers, iPhone, and LAN cable drops.
 * Swap-Out and troubleshoot software issues.
 * Reimaging computers/hard drives
 * IMACD functions including installation and decommission.
 * Backing up and restoring user data
